So is the place here in Wichita Capt.....and it's still yummy.
I was introduced to cajun food by a friend of my Dad's when I was a teenager. He was a real coon ass (that's what cajun's call themselves, no idea why) from Beaumont, Texas by the name of Belanger. We were elk hunting one winter and he made a gigantic pot of shrimp gumbo and a boatload of boudin. I've never eaten so much in my life. Just awesome.
