Hmm 30-45 minutes doesn't sound bad at all, unlike some old world runs that would literally take hours.
I tanked ramparts on my death knight last night, start to finish was probably half an hour. AOE tanking is pretty fun, I recommend everyone drop their main character and at least do the starting DK zone.
