Thanks again everyone this is great info, I guess some of the things we are wondering about "nickerjones & others" is that we have 4 builders we could go with Cardel, Beattie, Morrison and Cedarglen. All of them are offering great deals but Cedar seemed to have the best low 390,000's (2000 sq feet) included grass, fence, remotes & garage door opener, washer / dryer etc. We were just wondering about there quality, customer service, should we ask questions now that might be crucial? etc. We're just really new to al this so we're a little scared! Especially since we have such a young family. I have heard good things about Beattie and Cardel but Cedarglen is new to us.
