^^ It's in the bottom right of a persons post (excluding your own posts), located right in that series of buttons in everyones posts. There's the "Quote" button, then the multi quote and quick reply posts, right after that, there should be a little button with a thumbs up sign that says "Thanks" on it. I hope that helps you.
