Instead of adding drops of olive oil to toasted bread, toast the bread in a frying pan in olive oil. Careful, not too much. Just a bit. Enough that the bread slides around in the pan, but not so much that it's soaked in oil. Add the bocconcini with enough time for it to melt before the bread burns. The sopressato is to taste.
Subway has nothing on this sandwich artist.

And thanks for the secret trick! I am going to try it this weekend but I'm going to have to write down the names of this stuff because there is no way Im going to remember bocconcini otherwise! ill end up thinking fettucini or something. Haha.
