Oh ya the SEC has a strong history of running clean programs, no BS going on down there.

USC sure has a bunch of slugs on their team. What ever would they do if they had to face the "fast" Florida team. My guess is they would use their own 4.3 guys if need be.

Texas players stay in the BigXII, and for the most part stay in Texas (or Oklahoma).

Players in the South stay in the south. They play ball all year long, in a culture that is football, football, football. 14 year old club teams there have their own planes and play other club teams 8 months of the year. On the west coast they play football then they surf and lay back, it's a very different culture around sports so I just can't see the PAC10 ever being on the same level as SEC or even the BigXII.
USC has done a fine job of producing and recruiting players. They routinely have a top five recruiting class and they destroy every other team when it comes to producing NFL talent.

I don't disagree with your argument that the SEC and Big 12 are better than the PAC 10, no matter how many times you try to make that my argument, and I have no disagreement that those conference get better players overall than the PAC 10, but USC is the exception in both cases.

They will not have a problem with speed or talent in facing any of the SEC/Texas schools. They get and produce as much if not more top end talent.
