No, I concur for the most part. I take this very seriously.

This is the only time this has happened. We're in a division where we're getting our ass kicked on a continual basis. This game was probably already a write off before we started, sober or not. We decided to go out for drinks before the game to hang out as a team and play some hockey. There was no intentions to abuse officials etc. We were likely not able to field a team on Halloween night if we didn't do a group thing, so it sounded fun. Unfortunately, it got a little out of hand. But as for spending the money and ice time etc, this is the only game I've ever had that has been canceled early (except for the lame-o NCHL 9 penalty rule). I look forward to playing hockey every week with great anticipation, as I know the rest of the team does. I think this was just a stain on the team because I don't think this was the result we wanted. It was talked about before the game, but realistically, we just thought we'd get beat like we always do, have a fun time and go home.
