At about 10:30am or so, and again at about 5:00pm, all the apache services just go dormant, I can look at TOP in linux and they're all there, but none are doing anything. It stays that way for about 2-3 minutes, and boom they're all back!

Very strange, I guess I should check the apache logs.

Is this still an issue?
