If Texas Tech and Penn State both manage to win out in that scenario they'd be playing for the national championship. There is no way the voters set the precedent of not including the only two undefeated BCS school in the national championship.
Rightfully so too. The SEC is so overrated this year. Computer rankings of the conferences had the SEC as low as 4th as of last week. It's pretty obvious that the conference isn't as strong as past year's, but you still get the same old cliches every time another SEC "power" loses a conference game.
There's still a lot of football left to play. As it stands right now Florida isn't even the best one-loss team in the country. Texas is.
