If you are getting all 4 yanked at once, it could be. Are they actually in properly? The only thing worth mentioning is that all 4 of my wisdom teeth came in perfectly. If they are compacted, or whatever the term is, or came in crooked or anything that involves them having to dig around to get them out, the cost could easily be more. Buddy had both of mine out in under 10 mins.
