i don't see how anyone can begin to justify this. why a 8 year old would ever need to fire an uzi is beyond me. even if you are ted nugent and feel like you have to hunt your own food, i would think that you still wouldn't pair a kid with an automatic. sure, if you want to start getting your kid familiar with pistols and stuff at a young age, it might not be my cup of tea, but at least there's some logic.
there's absolutely no reasoning behind this. sounds like the gun show is just a place for idiots to get together and be idiots. if i was the mom i would immediately divorce the husband and sue anyone i could for as much as i could.
