I thought M13 was suppossed to be a replacement suppliment for people that aren't getting enough fruits and veggies in their diets. I have a friend who swears by this stuff, but its uber expensive, he spends to the tune of $130 a month on it, and justifies it by saying that he spends less on his groceries.

Theres a big mlm push on this supplement and I believe they tell you that you have to use it for 90 days before you see results from it, which I have trouble believing. However there are a lot of pro players including some members of the Flames that swear by it.
