Default Health drinks

I went to the organic market today and got this aesthetic little bottle of juice called "M13 Functional Juice". It was like $4 for a surprisingly small amount but I just had to know.

Tasted pretty good.

Then I noticed it had 13333% of my recommended daily intake of vitamin B6. Is that a good thing?! It also had something like 500%+ my recommended daily intake of B12 and 333% of the RDI for Vitamin C (which I know can make you ill if you take too much.) Who recommends these numbers and who would think to themselves well I need over 10 thousand times what those people recommended.

I did feel a little nauseated later in the day but it may have been a little dehydration. It passed.

In any case, health drinks. Vitamin-enhanced water. Is this a clever ploy or is that futuristic food like the Jetsons imagined really upon us? They're damned expensive.

And I do like my Clif bars.
