I live around the area, so I will check around to see if there is anyone local that does this sort of thing. If you go with some of the "professionals" you will be looking at paying double that amount (1000-1500) for a year worth of their services - I know with my grandmother in Vancouver it is roughly 50 dollars an hour for them to cut her lawn.... so if that is done roughly once a week or once ever week and a half.... so 1000 would be a conservative estimate just for the summer, and that isn't including the snow removal service.
I will check to see what most people do.
