As we head into Mother / Father's Day season here I was trying to dream up a good gift for them. As they are approaching retirement age, I thought a good gift for them would be snow removal / lawn mowing for them as I'd rather not see my father hefting a shovel or pushing a mower at his age. It's not practical (nor desired on my behalf) to jet up there and do this daily or weekly. They don't know any neighborhood kids well enough to ask them to do this.
Anybody know of a good cheap service to do this? The house is in Hawkwood in the NW. What should I expect for pricing? $500? $800?
(convincing my "thrifty" father to accept this will be another battle.....
