Couldn't tell you, I think that Duceppe hit a major cord when he talked about Harper throwing 14 year olds into adult prisons with rapists chasing them up and down the cell block.
I think that there will be some compromise with the Bloc on the crime bill with the Bloc if they want to get it passed.
