Milk is an essential part of a healthy diet.

The hilarious thing is.....milk for 'calves'....is actually a different kind of 'milk.' Nobody 'milks' the Angus Cows running around on the range producing calves each year. There are specific cows that produce a specific blend of milk that humans are MEANT to drink.

Yes calves do drink the milk from the same cows that we do. Where the hell did you get that piece of information from? The dairy cows give birth to calves and those calves get their milk from the dairy cows.

How long you been working for the Dairy industry?

Milk is not an essential part of a healthy diet. A diet can be very healthy without dairy and generally is more healthy. Milk provides calcium and protein which can easily be taken in other forms.


Not going to comment on the post-workout thing because knowing whats in milk it doesn't surprise me that it works for post-recovery workout.
