I'm surprised at how well Atlanta is playing after last season. Carolina is about where I would expect them to be. Tampa has surprised me so far, especially with benching Garcia for a few games.

New Orleans could very well be 6-0 or 5-1 if not for a few bad bounces (or kicks for that matter). At 3-3, they are looking up at everyone else in the division. They have lost their 3 games by a total of 10 points, and they have been decimated with injuries. 3-3 and getting their full compliment of offensive players back is o.k. with me. This week they play at Carolina, then off to London to play San Diego.

I'd sacrifice a loss to SD and a 4-4 record to get that Carolina division win. The Saints are the only NFC South team without a division loss (1-0).

Oh, and Drew Brees is the truth. So great to have my teams' captains be Brees and Iginla.

I'm very surprised at how well Matt Ryan is doing. It's not easy for ANY QB to come in and take over day 1 and have success. It wasn't easy for Marino. It wasn't easy for Elway (he didn't start his first game) and I don't think Ryan was being compared to any HOFers when he was drafted.

Atlanta may have themselves a winner.

I still think New Orleans will come out of that division, and I couldn't agree more about Brees.
