Go to the crown prosecutor and strike a deal.
AlbertGQ, multinova has no demerits, and it took a picture of you while speeding and used a speed sensing device to tell you by how much. Just pay the damn ticket, its hard to argue against computers.

I know it has no demerits. The ticket was for $156. I used to get them on a different type of ticket. This one came in a carbon canary copy (it looks like a regular ticket). I figured there might be somethign I could do [/b][/quote]
What colour is the ticket?
If its a white piece of paper with a crappy looking picture of your plate along with speed/fine etc thats normal. Otherwise, if its yellow, you should go talk to the crown.
In my opinion, if its a regular photo ticket its not worth the hours of waiting for the minimal discount you'll get. If you're bored, go for it. Just phone and make sure the process is the same.
Oh, and for the first person in this thread, phone and make sure the ticket is at the office before you go down.
