Yup, excellent site. A couple other ones that people may find interesting are:
The Laurier Institute, who use a stastistical method for their predictions, which I think is less appropriate for Canadian politics than in the US presidential elections, because of the importance of local candidates here: http://www.wlu.ca/lispop/fedblog/?page_id=46
