I think he's talking about the underground station under City Hall. I believe it lines up closely to 8th Ave. If you look west while going through the NB tunnel (going into DT), you'll see the second tunnel vectoring off...

Yes, that's what I was thinking about. I heard somewhere there is a gigantic underground station somewhere downtown; I think there was a write up in the Sun about it a few years ago. Does anyone know if it's jusone underground station or a series of tunnels?
