Some woman phoned me last night. 3 times in 15 minutes actually, but I didn't get the messages until today. So I call her back and say "you called about the bookshelf" and she says "oh, sorry, I called the woman and she cancelled my schedule". This makes absolutely no sense to me and I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm someone else so I say "no, you called me about the bookshelf on craigslist, and we haven't scheduled anything yet".

"But, sorry, I cancelled my schedule with the woman and don't need the appointment, there must be some misunderstanding", she says.

"No no no, we didn't have any appointment, you called me about a bookshelf on craigslist and I'm returning your call. There is no woman or appointment, we've never spoken before".

"Sorry, but I cancelled the schedule with your woman, didn't you talk to her? Sorry for the misunderstanding".

"Okay, that's good then. I'll talk to the woman. Have a nice day".


EDIT:Holy crap, no kidding, 5 seconds after I posted this I got an e-mail from this very woman: "I called you several times but you didn't return my calls. Please call me at..."

LOL, that is freaking awesome!!

Call her back and ask about the appointment.
