I love how the media skews the numbers to make a bigger splash. On Global's ticker this morning it said something like "Speeders on Deerfoot average 32 km/h over limit." When really that was the average speed of speeders who got tickets. I'm sure there were a lot of other people who were doing around 105; still speeding- but we won't use those numbers to make this "average."
