i have never played limit. i must say i hate when people go "all-in" without anything in their hand when playing for minimal amounts per chip. there needs to be some financial pain to stop going all in whilly nilly.

If you see a player go all-in all the time just wait until you get a great hand (AA, KK, QQ, AK) and call them. Losing all their money is great motivation to stop playing like that.
