I noticed that there are a ton of cooking/recipe threads and questions when I did a search recently, and I thought I would start a thread for recipe, techniques, appliances, etc to be shared by CPers. I'll start:

I bought a small George Foreman grill from Superstore the other day for $24.99 and it's freaking awesome. I live in a basement suite and don't have access to a bbq, and I totally miss it! I bought this thing after some people recommended it in the frozen chicken thread, and I'm stoked on it! I had smokies last night, an angus burger tonight, and this thing seems to work amazingly! And it CUTS THE FAT!!! seriously, it does. I highly recommend it to anyone in a situation where you can't barbeque. Oh.. and it's ACTUALLY easy to clean! A damp cloth cleans it up real nice!

Any other good ideas/recipes to try on this thing?
