I had no idea. Maybe now that I know this I can try to salvage my name by convincing people that it's a sarcastic name with a funny story behind it? Nope that'll never fly.

But hey, I guess I have to appologize. I guess you were just starting a thread to warn dog owners of a bylaw that clearly is stupid and they have no way of knowing about becasue it's just so difficult/confusing/obscure.

Maybe I'll go ahead and start threads about some other laws that people will likely have no idea about, feel free to add to my list:

1) Speeding
2) Running red lights
3) Steeling just a little bit of money
4) Killing people

that's all I can think of for now, but maybe more will come to me.
