Add bike paths to the places where leashes are always mandatory. It always freaks me out when I'm biking and there is an unleashed dog nearby. My wife actually had an unleashed dog lunge at her a few years back, while she was riding her bike. Of course, the owner was right there, and didn't do much about it either.

I totally agree with this one. Annoys me to no end. Of course, I'm a dick about it and when I come across an off-leash dog on the path, I will entice it to follow me. I then speed up just enough so it can't catch me and usually I can get them following me for a fairly good distance, leaving the owner running after us too
