Yeah, but the bylaw officer had no idea you weren't one of those people.
All he saw was a person with a dog offleash in an area, that apparently has been the source of some complaints.

As for the no signs up, geeze, I don't even have a dog and I know that the city has leash laws everywhere unless it is specifically an off leash area.
