See the problem is, people like that^ deserve tickets. I was on a baseball diamond playing fetch with nobody within a 1/2 km of me. can you see the difference? I'm not the problem. I clean up after my dog and keep him on the leash until we play in the park. if other people are around or other dogs, he stays on the leash.
