So I'm glad to see they were actually making a patrol of the area and honestly if you want your dog to be off it's leash leave it in your yard or take it a few minutes up Deerfoot to the off leash park.

Agreed we have that problem on our street, dog owners with their dogs walking along and no leash. One of the kids on our street is scared (like piss your pants scared of dogs). When the father of that child said something to a dog owner he was told "the dog is harmless"....mean while he has to comfort his terrified child....
