IHH and peter12 hit on both of the things I remember most about Prague. I was 16 when I was part of a german exchange program and we took a 1 week trip to Prague. Never have I seen so many good looking girls in one place. Beer was pretty cheap too. I remember it cost more to use the washroom than it did to buy a beer.
