chewing on ice cubes
constantly clicking and unclicking a pen (some make wierd/annoying sounds)
silverware against a dish (someone scraping the last of something with their fork/spoon/knice)
when people don't take care of their children or pets or anyone that is dependent upon them...like when it's chilly enough that the parent is wearing mini-gloves or a toque yet they leave their 2 year olds hands exposed...or when they let their dogs run off leash and its clear that the dog isnt trained enough to do so and runs off
