Well that allows you to get one player maximum unless you go and reaquire all those picks, and that players previous team gets the right to match your offer.
But it does bring up some points about what I'd like done regarding former offer sheets for restricted free agents. In the past we never got to this point as a league, but we should address this prior to July 1 as it could be an issue this year. I'll post it later when I have more time. But basically it boils down to each team only being able to sign one RFA, so they shouldn't be making offers on 20 of them when they can only get one. There needs to be a formal process for this just like the NHL has.
