I have a problem snacking in the car. Now I eat one apple then sunflower seeds. That seems to work for me.
Also, Bran Buds in a yogurt in the morning is a way to make yogurt crunchy plus you get a ton of fibre which is beneficial. Also, frozen blueberries in a container then snack at about 10. Mostly thawed by then. Fresh is better but rare in the winter. I also like the jerky.
Someone else on here, 4x4 maybe, said he uses sliced cucumers like nachos and dips them in salsa.
