Make your own protein bars.
1 table spoon peanut butter, 1 table spoon honey, and enough protein powder to thicken it up ( a scoop, give or take, depending on the size of scoop)
Melt the honey and peanut butter in the microwave (or a saucepan if you are doing a larger batch) then mix the powder in and spread out on wax paper or a cookie sheet. Wait for it to cool and cut with a knife.
Perfectly balanced protein, carb and fat snack.
