Charles Adler is a huge Tory booster, nothing surprising in that piece at all....
The real story is the complete and utter incompetence of the Tory Cabinet, first Bernier now this clown.....his previous experience was as the owner of a community newspaper and ostrich farmer.....great....what has he even done to try to quell the listerios outbreak?
