I went to one of these. My parents forced me to go when I was much younger. They paid a ton for it too. The guy basically told me exactly what I wanted to hear and didn't offer any real advice.
If I were you, I would just look at the people around you. Friends/family whatever, and base your decision on the things they do and what you think you might like.
Others might have different experience with career counselling though.
