Well, first off I don't believe Bell has charged this since 2006 when these lawsuits started, so anybody in Alberta would be SOL in collecting as the 2 year statute of limitations has passed.
Secondly, if you got hit with this more than once, then I almost think you deserve it. Most of us learn our lesson the first time; how amny times do you pee in the electric fence before you learn not to do it?
