Now granted the two losses are not all Jackson's fault....receivers dropping passes(Shiancoe anyone?), playcalling (run-run-pass?)...but in the last game he was missing open receiver by a fair bit.
The move is complete desperation on Childress's part, and if both of our stating receivers are out (Berrian with turf toe and Rice with knee injury), it will be interesting to see if Gus struggles this week.

I don't think Jackson has a lot of confidence. I saw him as very reluctant to throw the ball when I watched in week 1.
Frerotte has a heck of an arm...and a lot of experience. He'll throw picks too, but he's going to make the passing game much more formidable.
