haha when my friends do that I ask them "What do you honestly expect to happen here? Is that cop gonna drop what he's doing to come get YOU? Come on..."
You can see a similar effect when there's an accident on Deerfoot with police/emergency vehicles. Between the rubber-neckers and people with the above train of thought, traffic in the other direction is affected considerably.
