OK, new spin on this question that has come up before. As many of us know, there is an option within Outlook/ Outlook Express to leave a copy of your email on the server. So as an example, this means if I use Telus for my email I can see the email through Webmail as well as using Outlook.

So, here's my problem. I was setting up a new computer for somebody yesterday, and they failed to tell me (or I failed to ask depending on your point of view) that they had their email set to leave a copy on the server. So once I set up their email it grabbed several hundred emails and they now only exist in their Outlook.

Does anybody know how to get the emails back on Telus' system, or are they SOL?

Next question, how many of you leave your email with a copy on the server like in this instance? I thought it was pretty rare.

And finally, does anybody know of a good utlity that will allow Netscape mail to be exported into Outlook or OE? I have copied the email over, but OE doesn't recognize it as being Netscape mail.
