Are you kidding me? You're 6'4", and someone sold you a 17" frame? My ex had that same bike (same frame size even) and she's 5'6"!!! Your knees must have been bouncing off the handlebars!!
I'd say that this bike would fit anyone in the 5'6" to 6' range. Any taller and you're going to feel like you're riding a kids bike.
