Sure in this case the citizen is the MLA (or more likely the wife/mistress who got "shafted" at La Senza) but either way, it worked the way its supposed to - kind of.
Yes and no. I am sure there are citizens with bigger issues that they have been calling their MLA's on for years; yet the pet issue of a brand spanking new MLA gets priority???
