Here is the info I promised way back in this thread. Our city went to paperless agendas 10 months ago and has saved an estimated $15,000-$20,000 in paper and other costs in that time. This does not include staff time and that this supports our municipality's objective of being environmentally sensitive. On the surface, that saving doesn't seem large, but there are other things achieved here. We're a small city so your savings in Calgary would be huge. This should answer (I think it was) Fred's question.
