I am also relatively fit and drink green tea at work (instead of coffee) and while I don't know that there is an outright positive effect I do find it to be a good way to feel hydrated all day and to always have something on hand instead of fatty snacks.
I am not sure that translates to a pill though? Seems gimmicky to me?
The one pill I have been wondering about is this new 'PGx' thing -- has anyone tried it? Supposed to be a super fibre developed at the U of Toronto?? Not really interested in the weight loss side of it, but could be good for controlling hunger and insulin response....

I am always skeptical though.
