This has been a movie LONGGGG in the making from Quentin Tarantino. I lost count of how many years he's been talking about this making this film, I think it was somewhere either before or after Jackie Brown. Anyway, I haven't checked out anything for a while until today, and man what a bad surprise with the casting choices. Don't get me wrong, I like Mike Myers. I think he's hilarious and a very gifted comedic actor but I just don't see him in a QT flick, especially one about WWII. I also don't see how Brad Pitt is a good choice to play a Jewish character. Hopefully I'm wrong and that my ill feelings comes from nothing more than just a long wait for this one. What I did find that seems pretty cool is the choice to cast Bob Dylan, I think as a narrator.
