Seriously, what's the point of this? Do we think it will make the girl like us? I don't. Chances are you are gone by the time she gets the tip anyway. And even if you aren't, the bonus isn't going to get you anywhere.
An extremely hot girl who gives mediocre service probably always gets her 15 - 20%. A 30 year old guy who gives brilliant service is probably lucky to get his. This is an outrage! At least it is if you are a waiter who is not hot.

It's because in the back of our minds, there's a chance the girl is going to come running out the front doors, jump in our Porsche, and strip down naked.
In other words, we all live in a fantasy world, and for some reason tipping huge to a cute girl makes us feel like some kind of player.
