Seriously, what's the point of this? Do we think it will make the girl like us? I don't. Chances are you are gone by the time she gets the tip anyway. And even if you aren't, the bonus isn't going to get you anywhere.
An extremely hot girl who gives mediocre service probably always gets her 15 - 20%. A 30 year old guy who gives brilliant service is probably lucky to get his. This is an outrage! At least it is if you are a waiter who is not hot.

well just like tipping reinforces that I want good service and will keep the good ones while the others leave for lack of tips, so to will tipping keep the hot waitresses working while others leave frustrated with no tips. Eventually there will be only hot women left to bring me drinks.
