Why on earth do some of you reward poor service? That is beyond me. If the service is good, or even adequate, then certainly a tip is warranted, always a minimum of 15% from me. However, I'm not going to reward poor service period. The only way to get better service out there is to reward the servers accordingly. It is not mandatory to tip so, IMO, it has to be earned by the service I do or don't receive. Isn't that the way it should be?
