Gas Stations - No way. In Richmond, BC, it's a bylaw that all gas stations must be full service.
Hair Stylists - No, but I shave my head.
Pizza Delivery - Almost all places charge extra for delivery... so no.
Newspaper Couriers - Um, no.
Pick up orders at restaurants - For what?
I'll tip when I normally don't if some one clearly made some sort of concession for me, but if in the restaurant example where I'm picking up food and the server is friendly, smiles and gets me my food, why would I tip him/her?
